Admission Requirements for FCE Civil Engineering Program:
The Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava offers specific admission requirements for its Civil Engineering program. Graduates of secondary schools with school-leaving exams from mathematics or physics, and an overall graduate degree average below 2.2 (without leaving year) are accepted without an admission exam. This is also applicable to those applying for study at the Faculty of Civil Engineering STU for the first time. Applicants without school-leaving exams from mathematics or physics but with an overall graduate degree average below 1.5 (without leaving year) are also accepted without an admission exam, but only for those applying for the first time. Other applicants must pass admission exams in mathematics and physics, with an evaluation weight as follows: mathematics 50%, physics 50%. Additionally, applicants for study in English must provide a certificate of language eligibility or an admission exam in the English language.
There is no entrance examination, and candidates are admitted based on their secondary school results.
