Last reviewed: 29 September 2026. This policy explains the scope of EduSlovakia s.r.o.’s educational consulting support. It should be read with the individual service agreement and the current rules of the relevant institution and authorities.
Independent decisions and no guaranteed outcome
EduSlovakia is an independent educational consulting agency. Admission, placement and enrolment decisions are made solely by the relevant university or faculty under its published rules. Visa and residence permit decisions, appointments and processing times are controlled solely by the competent authorities. EduSlovakia cannot and does not guarantee admission to a programme, a particular examination result, a visa, a residence permit, an appointment, or a decision within a particular time.
Applicant responsibilities
Applicants are responsible for checking that they meet the current academic and immigration requirements; providing complete, accurate and authentic information and documents; reviewing and approving their applications before submission; paying fees to the appropriate recipient; attending examinations, interviews and official appointments; responding to requests from the university or authorities; and observing applicable deadlines and immigration conditions. Where our agreed service includes help with a university application or academic document, the applicant remains responsible for its accuracy and final approval unless the written service agreement expressly provides otherwise.
Scope of our assistance
Our assistance is limited to the services described in the applicant’s written agreement. Our services concern education and academic admissions as described in the written agreement. We do not prepare, submit, schedule appointments for, represent applicants in, or otherwise assist with visa or residence permit applications or renewals. Applicants must deal directly with the competent embassy, Foreign Police or a qualified independent adviser for those procedures. Our academic assistance does not make us the admission decision-maker and does not replace the applicant’s own obligations. We are responsible for performing our own agreed services with the care required by applicable law; nothing here excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
